Action on Wokingham Road double parking #rdguk

We haven't had an official response to our petition, we will get this in June, but glad to see the Council is starting to act on this issue.

Response from the Council so far:

"The issues that you raise relating to parking around the Wokingham Road shopping area have been shared with the Head of Parking Services. As this area is already regulated through waiting restrictions it may be the case that focused and targeted enforcement will make a difference. The enforcement contractor will be asked to consider the areas that you specifically raise and provide an enforcement strategy to deal with the concern."
